Velocity Construction Group, LLC has a commercial cleaning division that provides professional cleaning services.
We provide apartment turnover cleaning, cleaning for religious institutions & schools, government facilities, medical/office cleaning and general grounds keeping, (i.e. trash pickup, snow removal, etc) to the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
Our mission is to provide quality cleaning services at a reasonable cost.
We will meet at your site for a consultation that generally lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. This will be a time for all parties to meet and share information regarding service for your institution.
During the consultation,
the following items will be discussed:
- We’ll discuss your needs as well as Velocity Construction Group’s policies, service guide, payments, schedules and any questions you might have.
- A sample cleaning plan, complete with room-by-room checklists, will be developed and available for your review within two business days. Once reviewed and approved, you will sign the service contract and arrange a date for services to begin.
- Emergency information forms will be filled out.
